Must be 18+ years old, not pregnant or breast-feeding, and not diabetic

All services require a non-refundable deposit and the full amount will be due during time of scheduled service.

Rescheduling must be done at least 72 business hours prior to appointment, otherwise it will be considered a cancelation. There will be a $50 cancelation fee and another $50 deposit to schedule a new appointment date.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be cancelled. Cancellations will be charged 100% of the session amount and loss of deposit.

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 72 business hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount and loss of deposit.
